Custom Tooling: Your Die or Ours? BD Custom uses the best engineered tooling in order to meet the specifications and tolerances demanded by your PVC or Polyethylene components. Rigid and Flexible extrusions require the use of high quality tooling during the manufacturing process.

Our Product starts with your tooling. If you already own production-quality custom tooling, we can often run product from your dies with little or no modification. If this is a new project or it is time to retire your current tooling, we can build a high quality extrusion die from a detailed print of your finished part.

We will start with mold-grade stainless steel which will be tooled and polished to meet the needs required to form your extruded plastics. The tooling could be a one part die, or may require many stages, depending on the extruded profile demands. Whether your extrusion profile is simple or complex, we will build a cost effective quality die to match your detailed print.

All of the tooling in use at BD Custom is designed to answer to the demands of high heat during multiple runs. This improves the life of the die and also aids in our quality assurance during the manufacturing process.
